How to Make Copycat Dairy Queen Buster Bars

Attention Buster Bar enthusiasts! This healthy-ish 6-ingredient dish feels shockingly authentic.

½ cup “runny” peanut butter 1 cup yogurt Two teaspoons tiny chocolate chips 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp peanut 1 cup chocolate chips Two teaspoons of coconut oil

Ingredients

Ingredients

First step: Mix ½ cup “runny” peanut butter (natural drippy variety), 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons small chocolate chips, and ¼ tsp salt in a medium bowl.

Step 2 Roll it on a baking pan. Scoop ¼ cup filling into rounds on parchment paper, or use a classic bar shape as shown. Use a spoon to swish the filling over an ice pop stick into the side of each circle to centralize the yogurt.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons peanuts evenly over rounds. Gentle press the peanuts in with clean fingertips, then freeze for two hours to harden the “bars.”

STEP 3 Add 1 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave chocolate for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth.

Use a spoon to drizzle and spread chocolate mixture on each frozen yogurt bar. Put the bars back on the paper, freeze them to solidify the chocolate, and then eat.
